We place an order with the supplier using your name and unique identification number (provided at the acquaintance stage). We specify the address of the Rokfel prep center as the delivery address.
After placing an order with the supplier, fill in the information about the incoming order in the Google spreadsheet to ensure smooth processing of your order.
After successful delivery of your order, it will be accepted for further processing. We will inform you about it immediately. Next, your products will be shaded, recalculated and checked, and then all the necessary information will be entered into a Google spreadsheet for your convenience.
Preparation and packaging
We offer two options for product preparation. You can provide all the necessary files (FNSKU labels and shipping labels) or use our service where we personally create the shipment using limited access to your account. The Rokfel prep center is equipped with all the necessary packaging options for working with products to save your time.
Payment of the invoice and payment terms
Upon completion of all preparatory measures
for the product, you will need to pay the invoice for the services provided so that we can proceed with the shipment of goods. Payment options include PayPal, WISE, MoneyGram, ZELLE, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Choose the most convenient payment method for your company.
Delivery of goods to Amazon warehouses
We will deliver your product to Amazon (FBA) warehouses or directly to the customer (FBM) using authorized carriers provided by Amazon itself.
